Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy hours
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients or supplies
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is highly desirable
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and kitchen safety protocols is preferred
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Experience in meal preparation and serving within a fast-paced environment will be advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
