Our menu features housemade pastas, high-quality meats and seafood, and thoughtfully composed antipasti and contorni. We focus on proper technique, clean flavors, and seasonal ingredients. Specials change weekly, giving the team room for creativity while maintaining consistency in execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working the line during busy service with precision and focus
- Preparing mise en place to standard each day
- Assisting in the development and execution of weekly features
- Maintaining a clean, efficient, and organized station
- Collaborating with a tight-knit team that takes pride in their work
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen (required)
- Solid knife skills and an understanding of traditional Italian techniques is a strong asset
- Must speak and understand English
- Food Handler’s Certification (preferred)
- Dependable, clean, and serious about the craft
Schedule:
- 8–12 hour shifts
- Weekdays and weekends as required
