The Role
We are seeking a fabulous, high-energy, extrovert and sophisticated Fashion Stylist to join our team. This role is designed for a true "people person" who possesses deep interpersonal empathy and a natural passion for style.
As a Fashion Stylist in our upscale boutique, your primary mission is to turn first-time visitors into dedicated, lifelong clients. You will use your exceptional communication skills to understand your clients' lifestyles, curate complete seasonal wardrobes, and build deep, meaningful connections. If you have a background in premium hospitality, guest relations, or high-end retail and love the art of storytelling through wardrobe curation, you will thrive in this environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Expert Wardrobe Curation: Act as a personal stylist consultant, expertly dressing clients for their daily lives, major career moments, and special events by building complete, cohesive wardrobes.
- Proactive Clienteling: Build and maintain client relationships through authentic, personalized follow-ups, preview invitations, and milestone styling appointments.
- Premium Hospitality: Deliver a warm, outgoing, and deeply engaged guest experience from the moment a client walks through the door, embodying the energy of a top-tier concierge.
- Relationship-Driven Sales: Meet and exceed boutique sales targets by focusing on high-retention relationship building, multi-item styling, and maximizing client lifetime value.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain a polished, on-brand presentation always, staying current on seasonal collections, styling trends, and brand storytelling to represent Boutique La muse as a trusted style authority in the community.
Qualifications
- Previous experience upscale retail, luxury sales, premium hospitality, or guest relations preferred.
- Genuine passion for fashion, styling, and client service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; a natural, articulate storyteller.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
