About the Opportunity
We are currently hiring motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales Representatives in Barrie region.
This is an active, field-based sales position where you will engage directly with residents in assigned communities, introduce and sell them fibre-optic internet services available in their area.
We are looking for individuals who are confident speaking with customers, motivated by achieving results, and interested in building their sales career. Your performance directly impacts your earning potential through commissions, with opportunities for professional growth for strong performers.
What You’ll Do
- Visit residential communities within an assigned sales territory.
- Engage prospective customers through face-to-face and door-to-door interactions.
- Promote and sell fibre-optic internet services.
- Educate customers about available packages, features, promotions, and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate new business and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach when representing the organization.
- Participate in sales training and continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.

Previous experience in sales, telecommunications, customer service, retail, field sales, or door-to-door sales is considered an asset, but candidates with the right attitude and motivation are encouraged to apply.
