Catalyst Kinetics Group (CKG) is a health and wellness center located in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Our interdisciplinary team of health practitioners includes Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Naturopathic Doctors, Kinesiologists and Coaches. Working together, the team diagnoses, treats and oversees patient progress each step of the way.

Currently, we are seeking a friendly, responsible, client-oriented individual to be the newest member to join our ever-growing administrative team.
POSITION AVAILABLE:
Customer Service Specialist – Part Time (10-20 hours/week)
As part of our administrative team, your role will include but not limited to:
- Greeting and welcoming clients
- Answering, screening and directing telephone inquiries
- Help liaise client communication with practitioners and ensuring prompt follow-up
- Drafting, editing and proofreading correspondence to clients
- Managing appointments bookings such as scheduling and cancellations
- Accepting payments
- Managing faxes, mail and courier services
- Ensuring facility is clean and supplements are stocked
- Assisting in office opening and closing duties
In this role you are required to have:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, working in a medical office capacity would be an asset.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Jane app, Mac and MS office tools, including excel and word
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, including typing speed and accuracy
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to multitask and prioritize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate ability to problem solve and produce high quality work with exceptional attention to detail
- Takes direction well and is comfortable working as part of a team and working independently
- The ability to act with tact and discretion and respect our clients’ confidentiality at all times

- Monday: 8:00am-8:00 pm
- Tuesday 8:00am – 8:00 pm
- Wednesday 8:00am – 8:00 pm
- Thursday 8:00am – 8:00pm
- Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm
- Saturday 9:00am – 2:00pm
- Sunday 9:00am - 2:00pm
