Marketing Manager (In-House) – Social Media, Content & Digital Growth

About Us
Bath Emporium Castle Kitchens is a luxury kitchen, bath, and appliance showroom specializing in high-end design, custom millwork, renovations, and turnkey project execution. We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our in-house marketing and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both luxury branding and performance marketing—someone who can create visually stunning content while also driving measurable business growth.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of marketing initiatives from concept to execution and help scale our brand.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality content for social media, website assets, digital campaigns, and advertising
- For higher quality video we can provide a photographer/videographer and you must manage the shoots
- Visit active project sites, completed homes, supplier locations, and showrooms to capture professional photo and video content
- Create before/after transformations, project walkthroughs, product highlights, educational videos, and trend-driven content
- Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, viral content formats, and algorithm updates
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar
- Ensure all content reflects a premium luxury brand image
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
- Manage all social media platforms and improve audience growth, engagement, and lead generation
- Record all leads and share with management to allocate the leads accordingly
- Develop marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, showroom events, and seasonal initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, design, and management teams to identify marketing opportunities
- Strengthen brand awareness and positioning within the luxury kitchen and bath market
Website Coordination & SEO Oversight
- Coordinate with our external website development and SEO company to execute website and digital marketing strategies
- Communicate campaign priorities, landing page requirements, and content needs to the website team
- Work with our internal website data-entry support staff to ensure products, project galleries, promotions, and website content remain updated
- Monitor website performance, customer experience, and lead conversion
- Oversee SEO strategy and improve Google search rankings for relevant keywords
- Help optimize Google Business Profile, reviews, and local search visibility
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Coordinate or assist with digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
- Support ad creative direction, targeting strategy, and campaign optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Communicate with suppliers to collect CO-OP funds and allocate to our marketing plan
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track and report on:
- Website traffic and conversion performance
- Google ranking improvements
- Social media growth and engagement
- Lead generation and showroom appointment bookings
- Campaign ROI and revenue impact
Success in this role will be measured not only by content performance or follower growth, but by qualified leads, showroom appointments, revenue growth, and stronger brand positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media, or digital growth
- Strong videography and video editing skills (short-form content experience required)
- Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and current trends
- Knowledge of SEO, Google ranking, and digital marketing performance metrics
- Excellent project management and communication skills, especially when coordinating with external vendors
- Strong eye for luxury aesthetics, design, and visual storytelling
- Must own a vehicle and valid driver’s license to travel to project sites, showrooms, and supplier locations
- Comfortable filming in residential homes, active construction sites, and commercial environments
- Comfortable using professional camera equipment or high-quality mobile content tools (gimbal, microphone, lighting)
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in luxury interiors, kitchen & bath, architecture, construction, or real estate
- Photography experience
- Copywriting / blog writing experience
- Experience managing multiple brands
Additional Notes
- Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for events, installations, photoshoots, or special campaigns
- Mileage reimbursement provided for approved travel related to content capture and business needs
- This role may support multiple affiliated brands as the business grows
