Dreamcatcher Promotions is growing, and we are looking for a reliable, hardworking Heat Press Operator to join our production team. We are proud to be one of Manitoba’s largest print and promotional products companies, creating custom apparel and branded merchandise for clients across Canada.
As a Heat Press Operator, you will play an important role in producing high-quality decorated garments and products while helping us meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heat press machines for apparel and promotional products
- Apply transfers, vinyl, DTF prints, patches, and other materials accurately
- Inspect garments for quality and consistency before and after pressing
- Prepare orders and organize production workflow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
- Assist with packaging and completing orders on schedule
- Work closely with production team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications:
- Experience with heat press equipment is an asset (training can be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes when needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
