Duties
- Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences in new home purchases.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and benefits of each home.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up with potential clients regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that effectively promote new properties in the market.
- Negotiate terms of sale and assist clients through the closing process.
- Provide administrative support by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties efficiently.
- Experience in property management is a plus, enhancing your ability to address client inquiries effectively.
- Proficient administrative skills for handling paperwork and documentation accurately.

Full Time:
Monday - Thursday 3pm - 8pm Saturday and Sunday & Stat Holidays 12pm-5pm
