We are an established third-party logistics (3PL) brokerage seeking an experienced transportation sales professional to play a key role in our continued growth within Canada and USA.

We are looking for an individual who already has an established book of business ($2M - $10M)and strong industry relationships and is ready to join a company that values entrepreneurship, exceptional customer service, and long-term partnerships. Our experienced operations team and strong carrier cross-border network provides the support you need to deliver exceptional service allowing you to focus on sales.
Responsibilities
- Grow and manage a portfolio of transportation and logistics customers.
- Transition and develop existing customer relationships where appropriate.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Prepare customer quotations, negotiate pricing, and close new business.
- Work closely with operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships while maximizing profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales.
- Existing transportation book of business ($2M-$10M).
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing transportation accounts.
- Strong understanding of truckload, LTL, and transportation logistics.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growing business.
Compensation
- Starting salary: $75,000 CAD
- Competitive commission plan based on sales
