Wage to be negotiated based on relevant experience, in accordance to pre-established pay scales
Competencies:
· Presses are priority over all other duties!!
· Mount all Press orders ahead of Make Ready
· Assist with all Ink Changes on all Press Changeovers (Will be given a Press priority if multiple Make Ready’s are happening at the same time)
· Strip and clean all plates after every Production order
· Make sure all Presses have all cores required (Cut cores when not helping with Make Ready or Mounting Plates)
· Clean up Butt rolls in Finishing and return cores too Presses (Only when you aren’t required for Make Ready and all orders have plates Mounted)
· Assist with Cleaning on and around Presses (Only when Plates are all Mounted and no Make Ready’s are occurring)
· Make sure all garbage bins are Emptied on a Regular Basis
Requirements:
- Must have Meet all Pre Employment Requirements
Preferred:
- Flexo Printing experience
- Understanding of printing and production terminology
