ExTel is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Window Cleaning Technicians for the 2026 season in Calgary.
This is a physically active, outdoor role working on residential and low-rise commercial properties. You’ll be part of a hardworking team focused on delivering high-quality service and creating a strong customer experience.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outside, staying active, and taking pride in their work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning exterior windows on residential and low-rise commercial properties
- Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Maintaining a high standard of quality on every job
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and respectful manner
- Collecting payment on-site when required
- Representing the ExTel brand well on every job
- Following safety procedures and handling equipment responsibly
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Able to handle physically demanding work, including ladders, lifting, and repetitive movement
- Punctual and able to consistently show up for scheduled shifts
Requirements
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Reliable vehicle required, as job sites are located throughout Calgary and surrounding areas
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
- No experience required — training is provided
Compensation & Perks
- $20–$23 per hour, based on performance and experience
- Full-time hours during the season
