Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and assembly lines with precision and safety in mind
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components according to specifications
- Conduct routine inspections of products for quality assurance and consistency
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials within the warehouse or production area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote safety and efficiency
- Support forklift operations when necessary to move raw materials or finished goods
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes is advantageous
- Ability to operate a forklift safely (certification preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
