We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner/Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for guest services, and the ability to thrive in a busy setting.
Must have valid Pro-Serve.
Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and helping with any needs.
Skills
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and non-verbal, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries as needed.
