Senior Project Manager
Key Requirements
- Experience in project/program management with leadership role managing large-scale, concurrent projects
- Oversee multiple projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals, optimized resource utilization, and timely delivery
- Engage with senior executives, clients, and global teams to define project scope, manage expectations, and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects
- Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Operations to promote collaboration and accountability
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage scope, and resolve bottlenecks
- Escalate critical risks and issues to leadership when required
- Deliver status updates, KPIs, and reporting insights to senior stakeholders for decision-making
- Proven domain experience in banking, financial services, or technology sectors
- Experience in digital transformation, regulatory compliance, or operational excellence initiatives
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Smartsheet
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and SharePoint
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or equiv alent are required
- Agile or Scrum Master certification is a strong asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
