We are excited to announce an opening for talented chefs to join our innovative team for a new dual Greek concept restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate culinary professionals to showcase their skills in a dynamic and culturally rich environment. The ideal candidates will bring creativity, dedication, and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation standards to help us deliver authentic Greek cuisine with a modern twist.
***MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE ON GREEK AND MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE, AND A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A HIGH VOLUME KITCHEN***
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Greek dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation
- Assist in menu development and meal planning with executive chef to enhance the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours
- Support in food preparation tasks
- Ensure all food served meets safety standards and quality expectations at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in serving, food preparation, cooking, or related roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with meal preparation and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent skills in food service, including plating and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates
- Passion for Greek cuisine or willingness to learn about traditional recipes and cooking methods

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
