Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services that promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive experience for every guest. Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or wellness practices.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress notes in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and sanitized according to health standards.
- Foster excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries professionally.
Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client concerns clearly.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a caring attitude at all times.
- Prior experience in a spa or wellness setting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
