As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of clients. - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and interventions to address clients’ needs. - Provide individual, family, and group counseling, with a focus on mental health and wellness. - Advocate for clients and connect them to community resources, social services, and support networks. - Engage in crisis intervention and de-escalation when required. - Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, including mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and community organizations. - Maintain detailed and accurate case records, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical standards. - Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development. - Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory standards. Qualifications: - Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. - Registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). - A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical social work or related field (preferred). - Experience providing counseling and support in mental health, addiction, or family services. - Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, mental health disorders, and community resources. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to working with diverse populations.
