We are looking to hire highly motivated, assertive and organized Event Coordinators to join our team!
As an Event Coordinator, you will be brought to
- Meet and communicate with clients to discuss and collect their event needs;
- Coordinate logistical aspects of events from the venue's perspective such as room set-up requirements and staffing needs;
- Coordinate contract and food & beverage package inclusions;
- Oversee events as they take place;
- Enforce venue policies and protocols;
- Bill clients.
Event Coordinators must be able to manage several files simultaneously without compromising venue standards. They must be fully bilingual (spoken & written), methodical and willing to work on evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time. Possibility of growing within the organization.
Location: St-James Theatre in Old Montreal (265 rue St-Jacques) and/or Rialto Theatre in the Mile-End (5723 Park Ave.) and/or Cartier Theatre in Centre Sud (2330 St-Catherine E). Access to a vehicle is required.
Starting Salary: 50,000$/year plus monthly bonuses per event and parking

Schedule: average of 40 hours/week. General office hours are 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Event times vary.
