Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas to promote health and safety
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed to ensure continuous availability
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning tasks to the supervisor promptly
- Ensure proper disposal of trash and recyclables in designated containers
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines while remaining flexible to additional requests or special cleaning projects
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina: able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety standards is a plus
