Felix’s Swim Schools is one of Toronto’s largest and most well-known private learn-to-swim schools, and we are hiring for our year-round program. (All year round)
We are looking for experienced instructors, as well as enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and develop their teaching skills within our program.
As a premium swim school, we focus on small class ratios, attention to detail, and high-quality instruction. All instructors receive training in our unique teaching methods and standards.

Locations:
- Downtown (64 Baldwin St)
- Junction (315 Osler St)
- Midtown/North York Also.
Operation hours:
- Weekdays 4:30 pm - 8:15/9:00 pm
- Weekends 9:30 am - 4:00/4:45 pm
COMPENSATION:
- We offer paid training at $18/hour
- We will determine your pay upon completion of your in water interview(s), pay is determined based on your experience and performance.
- Our pay range is from $18-$25+

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Application question(s):
- Interviews are for Fall employment. Summer work, if available, will be substitute shifts only after training is completed. Fall employees are required to work a minimum of one shift per week and continue working year-round (this is not a seasonal position).
Experience:
- Swimming Instructor (not counsellor or summer camp): 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- CANADIAN National Lifeguard or Swim Instructor (one of them) (required)
