Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team in the Midland/Penetang area.. This role is vital in helping us deliver top-quality restoration and repair services that align with our company's mission of excellence and customer satisfaction. The Technician will be based in Penetang and will contribute directly to restoring properties efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various property restoration projects.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge and hand tools to execute restoration procedures.
- Assist in diagnosing issues using schematics and technical documentation.
- Support water damage, fire restoration, mould removal, and other disaster recovery efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain safety standards and proper use of equipment.
- Document work performed accurately for reporting purposes.
- Qualifications
- Experience with maintenance tasks in a restoration or construction environment is an asset.
- Understanding steps of construction is important
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams would be an asset
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
