Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop print-ready artwork for a variety of printing projects. This role involves creating and preparing designs for production, communicating with clients regarding artwork requirements, and ensuring all files meet print specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce print materials for print production (flyers, newspaper ads, posters, business cards, brochures, banners, marketing materials, and other projects.
- Review and adjust customer-supplied files for print readiness
- Communicate with clients regarding job status, artwork changes, timelines, etc!
- Ensure colour accuracy, file setup, and print quality standards are maintained. Review, edit, and update designs for accuracy as needed.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Collaborate with production and to meet deadlines and project requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator CC, Photoshop CC, & InDesign CC) Lightroom CC is an asset but not needed.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation
- Knowledge of typography, layout design, and colour management
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word, PowerPoint & Excel), is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently
- Goal-oriented, problem-solver, and quick learner
- Previous graphic design or print industry experience is considered an asset
