You’ll support employees and managers through recruitment, onboarding, employee records, immigration documentation, staff accommodation, and day-to-day HR activities.

What You’ll Do
- Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and new-hire documentation.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation.
- Help employees and managers with general HR questions.
- Track immigration and work authorization documents.
- Support the housing with staff accommodation, including check-ins, check-outs & inspections
- Help with HR projects, employee events, recognition programs, and communications.
- Promote job opportunities through social media and other recruitment channels.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with people.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Drivers license an asset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work independently and as part of a busy HR team.
- Previous HR, administrative, or hospitality experience is an asset.
