What We Are Looking For
- A mechanical aptitude and comfort using standard hand and power tools.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record (you'll be traveling to client homes around Grey Bruce Simcoe and the surrounding regions).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a friendly, empathetic customer service mindset.
- The physical ability to lift/carry equipment and work in various spaces (like stairwells).
Your Career Path
- Month 1: Shadow expert techs, learn the anatomy of stair lifts, and master basic tool safety.
- Months 2-6: Assist with standard straight and custom curved stair lift installations.
- Month 6+: Begin running solo service calls, with a clear path to becoming a fully certified, top-tier technician!
