Requirements
● Experience in laser hair removal, aesthetics, or a related field is preferred
● Laser technician or esthetician certification is an asset
● Knowledge of laser hair removal procedures, skin types, and treatment protocols
● Strong communication and customer-service skills
● Professional, friendly, and comfortable working with clients
● Ability to explain treatment procedures, expectations, and aftercare instructions
● Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
● Willingness to learn and follow clinic policies and safety standards
● French fluency is an asset
Responsibilities
● Perform professional laser hair removal treatments according to clinic protocols
● Conduct client consultations and assess treatment needs
● Review client medical history and identify potential contraindications
● Explain treatment procedures, pre-care, and aftercare instructions
● Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
● Operate and maintain laser equipment safely
● Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and properly sanitized
● Provide professional and compassionate customer service
● Recommend appropriate treatment plans and follow-up appointments
● Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
