We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Inside/Outside Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive approach to taking initiative and leading a team of inside and outside sales personnel. You will be key in managing a team, building customer relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and oversee both inside and outside sales teams, providing coaching and mentorship and ensuring alignment with overall company goals to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
· Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
· Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings to provide feedback and guidance.
· Monitor inside sales activity and sales funnel to identify trends and opportunities.
- Proficient in preparing detailed quotes for both customers and outside sales teams.
· Collaborate with Account Manager and Customer to prepare complicated quote proposals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.
· Recruit, train, and onboard new team members to maintain a high performing inside sales team.
· Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
· Resolve escalated customer issues and support team members in complex problems.
· Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and forecast sales.
- Take the initiative to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Excellent documentation skills, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely closure of outstanding tasks and action items.
- Maintain high professionalism ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- A good understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings, along with technical knowledge of instrumentation, will be an asset.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 5 -8 years of sales management experience in Oil and Gas, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
· Technical knowledge in Electrical/Mechanical systems, ability to read P&ID and schematics is considered a huge asset.

- Strong computer skills – especially with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems.
