Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their team and play a key role in an enterprise CRM implementation. In this role, you will design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain applications across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to critical client management applications with responsibilities spanning configuration, integration, and API development. The team values collaboration across disciplines, code review, continuous integration, and automated test coverage, and is open to leveraging new tools and technologies where they make sense.
The primary focus of this engagement is implementing a Salesforce App that digitizes and automates end-to-end fraud workflows, replacing a legacy manual process (Google Forms, spreadsheets, email) with a centralized, auditable system. This includes configuring core Salesforce functional components to onboard approximately 2,000 internal users across various operations, expanding existing integrations for account, card, and transaction data, and ultimately decommissioning legacy forms and portals in favor of a standardized, automated solution.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain Salesforce applications across the full software development lifecycle

Support critical client management applications as a key contributor to the enterprise CRM implementation

Configure core Salesforce functional components, including OmniScripts, Flows, FlexCards, and custom objects

Create new integrations and expand existing integrations for account, card, and transaction data

Expand standard Salesforce capabilities using custom code (Apex, JavaScript) and integrate with external systems

Manage CI/CD pipelines and utilize version-control tools effectively

Participate in code reviews, continuous integration practices, and technical debt reduction

Collaborate with team members across multiple disciplines to support onboarding of approximately 2,000 internal users

Contribute to the decommissioning of legacy forms/portals in favor of standardized, automated workflows
Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience

5+ years of Salesforce configuration and development experience, including Objects, Profiles, Workflows, Process Builder, Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, and APIs

Proficiency in expanding standard Salesforce capabilities using custom code (Apex, JavaScript) and integrating with external systems

Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, GitHub) and utilizing version-control tools effectively

Experience with automated testing environments and test automation frameworks is preferred
