Overview
Here at Aldergrove Mini Storage, we are seeking somebody with a positive attitude who can keep a tidy office, and units! We have over 400 units here.
Looking for covering casual shifts or Saturday and Sunday.The hours would be from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on weekends or on call for rest of the days. This location has been up and running for over 20 years now, and would love your assistance in helping it flourish!
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries over the phone, in person and through email.
- Maintain and upkeep the units, U-Haul trucks and office.
- Clean and inspect all units that are rented or moved out of.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through customer files.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette to create a positive experience for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Any previous U-Haul experience is welcomed, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with storage systems is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
