- Maintain a high level of organization and sanitation in all work areas at all times
- Take pride when preparing recipes, ensuring each dish is picture perfect
- Prepare and package Off Premise orders to specification and with attention to detail
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge when coordinating cooking times for each recipe according to East Side Mario’s specifications
- Strive to always improve your skills and know when to ask for assistance
- Participate in all contests and challenges where applicable
- Complete RU Game Learning Path in a timely manner
- Use the required personal protective equipment when applicable
- Attend all meetings: General Staff and Alley Rallies
- Complete RU Game Daily Questions every shift
- Follow all policies, procedures, systems and standards including:
- Liquor laws, Health and Safety, Food Safety and House Policies
- Treat co-workers and managers with respect at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude, and your composure, even when under pressure
