Duties

- Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
- Support the serving staff by timely delivering prepared dishes to guests
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and restaurant policies during meal preparation and service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and practices
- Excellent knowledge of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
