Responsibilities:
- Supporting daily department operations, staff supervision and team coordination
- Assisting with merchandising activities, including shelf stocking and product presentation
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards in alignment with store strategies
- Providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer concerns
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork professional growth
- Assigning daily department tasks and ensuring team priorities are completed efficiently
- Ensuring proper break schedules, timekeeping and department attendance compliance
- Providing ongoing feedback and coaching to department team members to support their success
- Maintaining store safety, cleanliness and operational standards
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety standards
- Assisting with cash operations and completing store opening and closing procedures, as required
What You Need to Succeed:
- Minimum of two (2) year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings and weekends
