Responsibilities
- Deliver food to guests with professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail.
- Work closely with servers, bartenders, managers, and culinary team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Support table maintenance and dining room presentation throughout service.
- Assist in maintaining the pace and flow of service across the restaurant.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency and professionalism.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has previous experience in premium casual, upscale casual, or fine dining restaurants.
- Understands that hospitality extends beyond service and into creating memorable experiences.
- Demonstrates professionalism, poise, and strong attention to detail.
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment built on communication and mutual support.
- Maintains exceptional personal presentation and professional standards.
- Works well under pressure while remaining calm and composed.
- Is available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
