Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, reliable team member to assist with day-to-day operations in our automotive shop. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, takes pride in keeping a clean workspace, and is willing to learn all aspects of the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with vehicle oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance tasks
- Sweep, clean and maintain shop cleanliness
- Support mechanics with repairs and inspections as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks
- Perform heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment in a safe manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
- Move vehicles safely around the property
- Receive and stock parts and supplies
Requirements
- Valid driver's license for moving vehicles as needed
- Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50lbs
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems is an asset
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures is advantageous
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
