BOLD Engineering Inc. is seeking to add a Marketing Assistant to its Team. Roles and responsibilities for this position will include:
- Regular review of bidding websites for potential project opportunities;
- Preparation of proposals;
- Preparation of RFP submissions;
- Following up with client's with respect to outstanding proposal opportunities;
- Aid in the development of an overall marketing strategy.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English);
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, English or Communications;
- Strong work ethic;
- Ability to read and understand RFPs;
- Experience in preparation of proposals and or presentations;
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project;
- Excellent time management skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
