Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The current position available is for MONDAY & FRIDAY afternoon/evenings as well as SATURDAYS and /or SUNDAYS to start with the possibility to expand over time. Duties
- Perform professional therapeutic massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and discuss goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommended follow-up treatments.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before and after sessions.
- Must be able to or be willing and able to learn direct billing for insurance as well as be able to complete client transactions on janeapp booking system.
- Promote wellness services and maintain excellent customer service standards throughout client interactions.
Requirements
- Valid license as a Registered Massage Therapist.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client concerns clearly.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prior clinical experience preferred.
Pay: From $70.00 per hour
