We install, service, and rent large temporary climate systems that keep job sites warm, dry, and on schedule.
Our projects support major developments, including hospitals, schools, industrial facilities, infrastructure projects, and multi-family high-rise construction. Based in British Columbia, Climate Control Canada serves clients across Vancouver Island, Vancouver, Kamloops, and Kelowna.
Role Description
Climate Control Canada is looking for a Labourer / Driver to join our Lower Mainland operations team. This role involves delivering equipment, assisting with installations, loading and unloading materials, and supporting crews on a variety of construction and industrial job sites throughout the Lower Mainland and surrounding areas.
This is a physically active, hands-on position suited for someone who is adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working in fast-paced construction environments. No two days are the same, and the successful candidate must be willing to take on a wide variety of tasks as needed.

Lower Mainland / Vancouver
You will work alongside experienced installers, technicians, and project teams supporting temporary heating, cooling, and dehumidification projects that keep major construction schedules moving forward.
Travel to the Okanagan, Interior B.C., and Vancouver Island may occasionally be required depending on project needs.

What You Bring
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean B.C. driver’s abstract
Strong knowledge of the Lower Mainland and surrounding areas
Comfortable driving throughout Vancouver and travelling when required
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and equipment
Comfortable working on active construction and industrial job sites
Ability to adapt quickly to different job sites, crews, and daily tasks
Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in where needed
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Forklift or equipment experience is considered an asset
Construction or labour experience is considered an asset
