We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Runner to support our busy Parts and Service Departments. This role plays a key part in keeping our technicians efficient and our workflow organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and stage parts for technicians based on the Lightspeed schedule

Review upcoming service work to determine required parts, timing, and locations.

Update Repair Orders (Ros) with accurate part location.

Label incoming parts with proper RO numbers and ensure correct allocation.

Assist Parts and Service teams in gathering required information.

Update unit locations in the system as needed.

Maintain organization and accuracy within the parts area.
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable using computer systems.
-
Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Ability to lift and move Parts as required.
