Our team needs to grow! A second administrator is needed to work from home.
Soft Soles Advanced and Diabetic Foot Care is seeking an office administrator who will be able to work from home. If you have the ability to provide administrative services, data management and social media support and need to work from home this is the job for you!
Responsibilities include:
Answering telephone inquiries
Bookkeeping and scheduling.
Creating spreadsheets and datatables
Managing the owners schedule in a constant state of changing priorities; assessing the need for meetings and managing the planning, preparation, and logistics of appointments, meetings, speaking engagements, training and other functions to be attended
Qualifications:
· Strong administrative, organizational and project management skills
· Capable of working in a fast pace environment
· Good problem solving and multitasking abilities
· Bilingualism is an asset
Ideally you will work from an established home office with 2 to 3 monitors, excellent internet, a printer.
Rate of Pay: $25.00 per hour to start.
