Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to support customer retention and satisfaction
- Lead negotiations to secure new contracts and expand existing accounts
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and promotional strategies
- Manage sales pipelines using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client needs
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for internal stakeholders and clients
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and generate new leads
- Support the development of strategic plans aimed at increasing market share and revenue growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a focus on client engagement
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools, including Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Knowledge of customer relationship management best practices to foster long-term partnerships
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—tailored for diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
