Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing restoration team. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership of projects, and wants to play an active role in the continued success of an established organization.
Whether responding to property damage caused by water, fire, storms, or other unforeseen events, you'll be responsible for guiding projects from initial assessment through final completion while delivering an exceptional experience for clients and insurance partners.

As Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple restoration projects while acting as the primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal field teams. You'll coordinate schedules, manage budgets, ensure quality standards are met, and keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

- Manage restoration projects through every phase of the project lifecycle.
- Prepare estimates, review scopes of work, and monitor project budgets.
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and internal restoration crews.
- Communicate regularly with property owners, insurance representatives, and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Review project progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain high quality standards.
- Support documentation, reporting, invoicing, and change management.
- Participate in an after-hours emergency response rotation as required.
- Several years of project management experience within the restoration industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance restoration processes and commercial property claims.
- WRT and FSRT certifications; additional IICRC certifications are an asset.
- Experience using industry software such as Xactimate, DASH, Encircle, Symbility, Docusketch, XactAnalysis, CoreLogic, or comparable platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices.
- Valid driver's licence and a satisfactory criminal background check.
