Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective and existing clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their print requirements, providing accurate and detailed estimates based on specifications.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure profitable sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines efficiently.
- Support marketing initiatives by identifying potential clients and participating in targeted outreach campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering technical guidance, and maintaining professional communication throughout the sales process.
- Assist in business development efforts by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technology sales environments.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
