Job Description
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Servers to join our team. As a server, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of food and beverages
- Take accurate orders and deliver food promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle concerns efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promote specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Process bills and handle payments
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff
Requirements
- Previous serving experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Smart Serve Certification (required or willing to obtain)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Availability on evenings and weekends
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Knowledge of South Indian cuisine
- Multilingual (Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, etc.)
- Basic bartending skills
