Salary: $120,000–$136,000 annually

What You'll Do
- Design and approve aircraft structural repairs and modifications.
- Lead structural analysis and develop engineering data packages for certification.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to support certification and airworthiness activities.
- Oversee engineering projects while ensuring quality, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved.
- Review engineering work and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers and support their professional growth.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
What You'll Bring
- B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Registered, or eligible for registration, as a P.Eng. with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC).
- 15+ years of aerospace engineering experience.
- 10+ years of aircraft structural analysis experience.
- Expertise in aerospace structures, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis, and finite element analysis (FEA).
- Previous leadership or project management experience is an asset.
Requirements: Applicants must be eligible to meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Canadian Government Security Clearances.
