THE ROLE
This is a hands-on production role in a commercial signage and film installation environment. You’ll support the production team with vinyl application, cutting materials, and assisting with signage, window film, and vehicle wrap projects. This is a full-time, day-shift position with strong potential for long-term growth.
PAY
- $20.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
- Wage may increase based on performance and skill development
SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday; 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Consistent attendance and punctuality required
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Vinyl application, trimming, and finishing work
- Support vehicle wraps and window film installations
- Cut decals and prepare materials using hand tools and measuring equipment
- Work with adhesives, films, and signage products daily
- Maintain organized workspace and follow production standards
- Fast-paced environment requiring precision and attention to detail
REQUIREMENTS
- Entry to intermediate level (training available)
- Experience with vinyl, signage, or precision hand work is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform fine cutting work
- Comfortable with repetitive hand tasks and standing for full shifts
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs with good hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable working with adhesives, dust, and shop materials
- Must not be colour blind (safety requirement)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Driver’s abstract required
- Must pass a background check
