Experienced Tire Technician / Tire Sales – Burnaby & Langley
Save Big On Tires is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Tire Technician to join our Burnaby and Langley locations.
This is primarily a tire-focused position. We need someone who can install tires, communicate professionally with customers, provide quotes, recommend products and services, and help manage the shop when required.
Responsibilities
- Mount, balance, install, repair, and rotate tires
- Perform seasonal tire changeovers
- Inspect tires and recommend suitable replacement
- Recommend brake services, wheel alignments, and other needed repairs
- Process customers, payments, and work orders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Assist at different Burnaby or Langley locations when needed
Requirements
- Tire installation experience is preferred
- Comfortable providing quotes and recommending services
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s licence
- Able to work safely in a fast-paced tire shop
Experience with brake service and wheel alignments is an asset, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a good attitude and is interested in learning these services.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
- Commission opportunities for tire sales, brake services, wheel alignments, and other qualifying services
- Commission becomes available after successfully completing the first three months
We are looking for someone who can do more than install tires—someone who is willing to learn, take care of customers, help generate sales, and confidently handle shop responsibilities.
Pay: $2,800.00-$4,500.00 per month
