Job description
The position will involve cleaning estates, crime and trauma scenes, medical emergencies, hoarded properties, bio-hazards, and post-construction. The hours of work will vary and candidates will need a willingness to work flexible hours to meet the demands. Due to the nature of the business, a NDA is necessary. This would be an ideal position for someone with diverse experience and an adventurous mindset. Sign-on bonus $300 after 3 months probation period and contingent on work performance. We are looking for a unique individual that resides within a 30 minute drive of Hamilton. If you are an independent worker with good time management and people skills, this may be the job for you.
The requirements are as follows:
- MUST HAVE a reliable vehicle 24/7 with a full drivers license
- MUST be able to travel (Paid Kms)
- MUST be able to stay out of town ( Premium rates)
- Bondable
- Background in cleaning (gross filth), restoration, post-construction, demolition, and rebuild is an asset but not necessary
- Willingness to learn and take on a new challenge
- Trustworthy with a respect for client confidentiality
- Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Comfortable wearing required PPE onsite
- Ability to work in gross filth situations with many varieties of pests
- Ability to show empathy and compassion in extreme situations as most of our site cleanups are mental health-related
