- 1.5× overtime pay after 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders
- Serve food and maintain dining areas
- Operate the POS and ordering system
- Perform core kitchen duties, including Dish, Prep, and Line
- Prepare ingredients and assist with food production
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Follow Delightfull operating procedures
- Eligible to apply for the Lead position upon meeting internal performance standards
Lead

Compensation
- Annual Salary: $75,712
- 1% of total store sales (performance incentive)
Responsibilities
- Perform all Crew responsibilities
- Work across multiple stations, including Dish, Prep, and Line
- Support kitchen flow and maintain operational speed
- Assist Crew members during busy periods
- Help train and onboard new Crew members
- Identify and solve operational issues on the floor
- Maintain consistency in quality, speed, and execution
- Eligible to apply for the Store Head position upon meeting internal performance standards
Store Head

Compensation
- Annual Salary: $94,640
- 3% of total store sales (performance incentive)
Responsibilities
- Perform all Crew and Lead responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations from the floor
- Maintain operational, quality, and service standards
- Coordinate workflow across both kitchen and front-of-house
- Coach and support Crew and Leads
- Make real-time operational decisions during service
- Resolve customer and operational issues immediately
- Take full responsibility for the store's daily execution
