Vic's Glass is looking to hire a skilled individuals with or without experiencein the glazing industry.
We are looking for a long term hire, starting as an apprentice/helper and transitioning over time into a lead installer.
All types of residential & commercial glazing.
Including but not limited to;
glass shower enclosures
custom cutting and polishing of mirrors, flat glass and specialty glass
interior/exterior glass railings
vinyl windows
steel & fiberglass entrance doors
replacement glazing of sealed units
commercial office partitions
commercial door service/repair/installation
storefront fabrication & installation
curtain wall fabricating & installation
setting of IGU's
automatic pedestrian door operators service and installation
Applicants must have;
-Knowledge and experience with hand tool
-Knowledge and experience with power tools
-Great customer service & relations
-Willingness to work in all weather conditions
-Lifting of heavy materials daily
-Ability to fit into and perform well with our team
-Safety training & working at heights is an asset
-Prior knowledge of the trade is an asset
Pay will be based on work experience and knowledge of the skills required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.37-$30.00 per hour
