The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects within budget, schedule, and quality targets. This role ensures that project documentation, safety standards, and communication processes are carried out efficiently, while upholding Kalamoir’s core values of Accountability, Greatness, and Healthy Relationships.
You will Independently manage project documentation, communication flow, and coordination activities for one or more projects with limited supervision.
Key Accountabilities: :
- Oversee documentation workflows (RFIs, Shop Drawings, COs) ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Participate in project planning and scheduling with the Project Manager.
- Track project milestones, update schedules, and contribute to mitigation planning.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and services; track long-lead items and assist in contract issuance.
- Support or prepare budget reports, progress claims, and monthly forecasts.
- Review and recommend approval of vendor/subtrade invoices.
- Lead quality checks, track deficiencies, and maintain an action log for accountability.
- Collaborate with site team to ensure reporting and on-site safety compliance.
- Liaise with clients to resolve queries, quantify changes, and support CO documentation.
- Contribute to project close-out by finalizing subcontracts and assembling turnover packages.

Competencies, Skills and Experience: :
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and project coordination workflows.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of project scheduling and financial tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset, aligning daily activities with safety and quality goals.
- 2+ years of project coordination or related field experience preferred
Working Conditions: :
- Primarily office-based, with regular site visits.
- Requires regular communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
