We are looking for a Seasonal Bartender to join our team immediately

- SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED BARTENDER WHO WILL HELP CREATE A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT AND AN EXCEPTIONAL GUEST EXPERIENCE THROUGH ENGAGING INTERACTION AND QUALITY OF SERVICE
- BOTH DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE, GREAT TIPS ON ANY SHIFT
- HIGH ENERGY WITH BAR AND SOME TABLE SERVICE
What will you be doing?
- Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the sequence of service
- Have full and complete knowledge of all our craft beer and food and beverage menus and recipes to help make thoughtful recommendations
- Answer any guest questions about food, beverages, wines in an informative, professional, and helpful way
- Assist all guests with any inquiries or requests in a pleasant and helpful manner
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their food, beverage and service
- Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies
- Promptly receive drink order chits and pour all beverages to Shore Line standards, ensuring complete accuracy of recipes
- Demonstrate integrity at all times
- Communicate all service requirements to team members in a courteous and efficient way
- Be aware of all cash handling and cash-out procedures, and all methods of payment
- Ensure accuracy when entering orders into the POS system, following all policies and procedures
- Perform all opening, side, and closing duties, as well as weekly duties to company standards
- Understand how to correctly operate all the restaurant equipment while protecting all company assets
- Proactively stock and maintain all bar products
- Maintain an immaculate, organized, and safe bar area
- Other duties as assigned or required
What are we looking for?
- Positive attitude and a willingness to think outside the box
- Valid Serving It Right certificate
- WSET or similar an asset
- A passion for hospitality and meeting new people
- Organizational skills, ability to multi-task and anticipate guest needs
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience bartending in a high-volume establishment
- Must be available to work evening shifts, holidays and weekends.
Pay: $18.25 per hour
